Narrated Saud (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "If somebody takes some
'Ajwa dates every morning, he will not be effected by poison or magic on
that day till night." (Another narrator said seven dates).

Who use seven ajwa dates in the morning will be saved from any kind of disease and magic.This is described by the Holy prophet.The Holy has described many Hadith about the importance of the ajwa dates.
